What you must offer:
  • Degree in Computer Science and / or relevant experience in the role;
  • Professional experience and good knowledge in Insurance business;

What you’ll be doing:
  • Operate as the “client”, having the last word on whether a feature is accepted or not;

  • Release backlog management and organization;
  • Inter-team dependency management;
  • Responsible for maintaining a transversal view of the functionalities, identifying potential synergies, impacts, and functionalities to be developed that enrich the suite of products developed in the area;
  • Communication bridge between management, product, release management and development teams;
  • Work with product management to meet high level requirements in order to break down the work for development.

What you must offer:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in areas such as Communication, Journalism or similar;
  • Excellent written skills in Portuguese and English, other languages a plus;
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation;
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development (desirable);
  • Has experience coordinating small/medium teams (desirable);
  • Has used and managed eLearning platforms and developed content for eLearning purposes (desirable);
  • Has developed, enhanced or delivered a training programme for complex technology or business areas (desirable);
  • Has a track record of delivering training either face-to-face or remotely (desirable).
What you’ll be doing:
  • This role will be responsible for gathering content from multiple sources (internal and external to the organization) and producing new and engaging content for training employees in i2S software and methodologies;
  • The role requires exceptional ability to gather information, explore, learn and communicate clearly (verbally, written and other media) together with a good understanding of how training materials should be developed to maximise efficiency and effectiveness;
  • The role will also organize, make available and manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of such content and work with subject matter experts to structure the training curricula.
